Please join us for an in-depth vineyard and winery tour, tasting and discussion of winemaking at Cast. We’ll toast your arrival with our Blanc de Noirs to get the visit started off right. With glass in hand, we will lead you on a walk in our vineyard where you will be treated to one of the best views in Dry Creek Valley. We’ll discuss our farming practices and you will see how our grapes are nurtured and prepared for harvest. Our next stop will be the winery crush pad and an overview of the harvesting steps in the winemaking process – paired with another one of our wines. We will proceed to the fermentation tank area and into our barrel aging room. Each step of the way you will be guided by our knowledgeable winery team who will share interesting facts about the winery and the Cast approach. We’ll finish with a seated tasting of our reserve wine accompanied by a small cheese plate.
This tour needs 24 hour notice and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Please make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing as we will be walking outdoors and then inside our chilly winery.
Tour fee is $40 per person.
