Nalle (pronounced with a silent 'e') is one of the oldest wineries in Dry Creek Valley and has been family owned and operated since it was established in 1984 by Doug and Lee Nalle. Today their son Andrew is head winemaker and proprietor. The estate is located two miles from Healdsburg in Sonoma County on land the family has farmed for five generations. Andrew continues Doug's dedication to creating focused, fruit-forward wines in the old-school California style: moderate alcohol, balanced, food friendly, and built to age.

Small lots of old vine, dry-farmed, and estate wines including Zinfandel, Cabernet, and Pinot Noir are produced in the above-ground cave, kept cool year-round by a living roof of rosemary. All tastings are offered right in the middle of the cellar and usually you will find one of us behind the tasting bar.

Open Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4:30 p.m., no appointment needed. Open by appointment on Thursday and Friday only. Closed Monday through Wednesday.
