Pioneering farmers planted vines here in 1863, recognizing site, climate and soil. Historic old Zinfandel vines and a stone barrel cellar built in 1887 stand to honor the past while a contemporary tasting room and wine and culinary pairings provide a modern and fun wine country experience. Our contemporary tasting room honors the Estate's rich history in a fusion of rustic warmth and modern style. Ease into rich leather armchairs, sip and savor at an ancient oak table, taste at our expansive bar, or on the relaxing patio adjacent to our bocce court! Open Daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last tasting begins at 4 pm. Window Block Kitchen: Open Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional seating from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (reservations only). Tasting Bar: $20 Our seated Tasting Bar provides our guests with a more casual experience. Visitors to the Tasting Bar enjoy five wines in an elegant yet relaxed setting. Our current flight features exclusive vineyard small lot wines coming from the historic Madrone Vineyards which were originally planted in 1863. We focus on showcasing the unique terroir, viticulture and wine practices by highlighting unique varietals and verticals of the estate wines. Accommodates up to 12 guests, please allow 45 minutes. Salon Tasting: $20 Our contemporary tasting room honors the Estate's rich history in a fusion of rustic warmth and modern style. Ease into rich leather armchairs, sip and savor at an ancient oak table, or just relax at your own private table. Patio Tasting: $30 Experience the Sonoma wine country lifestyle. Our sunny patio awaits you! Enjoy our daily selections of small-production wines with local cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments amidst our 120 year-old zinfandel vines. Weather Permitting. Accommodates up to 52 guests, please allow 45 minutes. Bocce Court with Vineyard Views: Weather permitting, two-hour limit. Accommodates up to 20 guests. Bottle service available, minimum of one bottle per two guests. Barrel Garden: Experience the Sonoma wine country lifestyle. Enjoy our flight of the day with local cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments, as you relax and soak up the gorgeous scenery in our Barrel Garden, located in front of our historic Barrel Cellar. Weather permitting, two-hour limit. Accommodates up to 24 guests. $30 for a tasting with cheese and charcuterie, or bottle service available, minimum of one bottle per two guests. Wine and Chocolate Pairing: $30 Celebrate your decadent side with a flight featuring five wines as you experience how adding specially-selected chocolates to a tasting can make for a unique wine-pairing experience. Accommodates up to 20 guests, please allow 45 minutes. Wine and Cheese Pairing: $30 We believe that wine, food, and friends belong at the table together, and our culinary program unifies all three. Our culinary offerings unite all three. A variety of options include an à la carte wine and food pairing from Estate Chef Sam's Window Block Kitchen and a chef's choice seasonal four-course wine and food pairing. Also, enjoy an artisanal cheese plate, a rustic charcuterie board, a decadent chocolate sampler or a gourmet box lunch and relax on our spacious patio or in our peaceful barrel garden. Reservations required for groups of six or more guests. Window Block Kitchen - Open Thursday through Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm. Additional seating from 5 to 8 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday (reservations only). Seating for up to 10 guests and parties of 8. Inspired by the block of 120-year old Zinfandel vines growing just outside Estate Chef Sam Badolato's kitchen window. Choose from a tapas-style à la carte menu or a four-course chef's choice menu, both paired with wines and focused on community-sourced seasonal ingredients that highlight Sonoma County. Artisanal Cheese Plate: $30 Sample artisan cheese selections, served with toasted Marcona almonds with rosemary sea salt, seasonal fruit compote, dried apricot, wild flower honey, rustic bakery crackers and herbs. Rustic Charcuterie Board: $30 Taste prosciutto, coppa, Wild Boar salami, roasted colossal garlic, served with mixed olives, pickled vegetables, whole grain mustard and rustic crostini. Decadent Chocolate Sampler: $15 Indulge in a seasonal selection of delicious dark and milk chocolates inspired by local vineyards and fruits. Gourmet Plated Lunches - Advance purchase required (paired with flight of 5 wines) Plated lunches are available daily by reservation only. Advance purchase is required. Italian Muffuletta: Prosciutto, coppa, salami cotto, fontina cheese, olive spread and chopped, house-brined vegetables on a ciabatta role. Bone-in Carved Ham & Brie Sandwich: With Dijon vinaigrette and seasonal fruit compote on a baguette. Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Sandwich: With shaved turkey, cheddar goat cheese, Meyer Lemon yogurt, aioli with toasted Calabrian chile flakes on a potato bun. Grilled Prawn Caesar Salad Marinated and grilled prawn, baby butter lettuce, fennel-toasted croutons, diced tomatoes and cucumbers with a King Louie dressing. *Gluten-free options are available upon request*

      This was an amazing experience! The Chef prepared very tasty dishes and they were all paired with the perfect wines. It is a beautiful setting and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
