We are Santa Rosa's newest butcher shop. Open for meat processing. Come to us for steaks, 1/2 hogs, jerky, sausage, smoking, curing, and both USDA and State inspected Cut & Wrap. That means we are here for farmers, ranchers, hunters, FFA, & 4H members; and the general public is always welcome at our retail shop in the same location. Find us on Sebastopol Ave. west of Highway 101.

Over the years Rian led a variety of classes at the EcoFarm Conference, the Healdsburg Shed, Relish Culinary Adventures, Viva Italian Cultural Center, for Slow Food groups, and at private homes. He is available for private butchery classes and special events.
