The Yoga Post might be the new kid on the block, but it is the brainchild of some of the most experienced and treasured teachers in Sonoma County. You can literally sit in boat pose and look at the boats floating by right outside!
The schedule is simple and tight; vinyasa, yin and strength. Every teacher has more than a decade experience and brings their own unique knowledge and style to the mat.
Apart from a regular schedule, The Yoga Post offers Saturday workshops on various topics ranging from a monthly Yoga & Hike in the beautiful surrounding areas, to Alignment 101 and Yoga With Essential Oils, just to mention a few. Check out the studio's website for more information.
