CUVER "Belgian Brewers of Sonoma County" is a family-operated craft brewery and taproom located in Windsor. As Belgian brewers, we authentically represent Belgian beer culture in California. We incorporate traditional methods, put quality first, and brew a diverse repertoire of unique beers that are based on the principles of Belgian beer, combined with local flavors and ingredients and the Californian spirit.

Belgian Quality Beer
In a pleasant setting, we enjoyed the authentic taste of a variety Belgian style beers brewed by these beer passionates. We loved the Dobbel and Tripel. Definitely worth the detour.
