Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellation Policy
  Cancel by 4:00 p.m. local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 1 nights room and tax
• Guarantee Policy
  A deposit payment of 1 night room & taxes and fees is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance collected at check-in.
  Check In/Check Out Policy
  Check-In: 4:00 p.m.
  Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
• Pet Policy
  Advance permission for a dog is required and is granted for a limited number of specific cabins based upon availability at an extra charge of $150 per stay. One dog under 45 lbs per reservation. Contact hi@dawnranch.com for more information. Other animal pets are not permitted. Pets found in non-pet friendly cabins will incur a minimum charge of $500. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) service animals are exempt from our pet policy. Non-ADA service/support animals are subject to the pet policy. In keeping with California law, owners of a service/support animal will be asked if it is an ADA service animal and what tasks the service animal is trained to perform.
• General Policy
  Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
  The minimum age for check-in is 18
  WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pet Friendly Rooms
  There is a limited number of guest rooms that are pet friendly. Please contact the property when attempting to book a pet-friendly room. A limited number of pet friendly cabins are available. Email hi@dawnranch.com to inquire about availability prior to booking.
