This 5-course menu is built entirely around farm-fresh tomatoes sourced from our favorite local growers, reimagined through unexpected techniques and playful presentations. Expect layers of sweet, savory, smoky, and bright — a menu that proves the humble tomato deserves the spotlight.

An optional beverage pairing is available to complete the experience — and yes, it features tomatoes too.
