Breadmaking Experience

At the end of Brewer Sean's day, we will use the brewery's fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread. Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection. This class will have many selections, including purple yam, cinnamon raisin, rosemary & sea salt, dark chocolate & cherry, cheddar, jalapeño & bacon, and Honey, I love you, Whole Wheat. You can bring your own inclusions, we don't mind! This could be frozen fruit, frozen fancy cheese, and more. 

The class indcludes a lecture and hands on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread, a recipe and instruction guide, super fun mixing session to make your dough, and extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread

You will bake your bread at home, this is for your dough. Patricipants must be 18 to participate and must have a ticket. We also ask that you wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes. You are welcome to invite a friend to wait for you while you’re in class and enjoy the brewry afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there!
