Calçotada: Catalan Summertime Barbecue

Join us for our Calçotada party by the pool! Enjoy an array of tapas and a traditional Catalan bbq. What is a Calçotada? It's a festive meal that involves the traditional way of grilling the young onions of the season "a la brasa" (over the flames) in Catalonia. The calçots are then served wrapped in newspaper with Romesco sauce to accompany them!
