Cheeseboard Workshop

Join Gold Ridge Organic Farms for an intimate, hands-on cheese board workshop led by resident cheese expert Alli Keyser-Marti. Participants will learn how to create beautiful, seasonal boards that showcase a wide range of flavors, textures, and colors. The class covers techniques for incorporating edible flowers, fresh herbs, local honey, apple cider syrup, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, olives, artisan breads, crackers, and dips — all paired with a curated selection of cheeses from Sonoma County and beyond.

All ingredients and materials are included in the ticket price, and attendees will leave with their finished cheese board to take home or enjoy onsite.

Alli Keyser-Marti began her culinary career as a teenager, later diving deep into the world of cheese. Her journey includes managing Cowgirl Creamery’s original Point Reyes shop and the cheese department at Oliver’s Market in Stony Point. In 2022, she earned an ACEF scholarship to attend the American Cheese Society’s Portland conference, where she completed the Certified Cheese Professional exam. Her passion has taken her from California to farms in France, roadside stands in Sardinia, and ferries in Croatia. Today, she brings that global knowledge to Gold Ridge Organic Farms, where she pairs cheeses with olive oil and apple tastings, oversees custom olive milling, and manages organic certifications.
