Community Market 51st Anniversary Party

Community Market is turning 51 and we’re throwing a party!

Join us at our Sebastopol store for an evening of live music, local vendors, community partners, costumes, dancing, good food, drinks, and celebration on the Mel Minton Memorial Stage.

Black Sheep Brass Band | 3:00–5:00 p.m.
A super fun brass band bringing big energy and New Orleans-inspired sounds to kick off the celebration.

80s Costume Contest & Fashion Show | 5:15 p.m.
Break out the neon, denim, sequins, leg warmers, and big hair for our 80s costume contest and fashion show! We’ll have both singles and couples categories, with prizes for our top looks.
First Prize: $100 Community Market Gift Card
Runner Up: $50 Community Market Gift Card

Mercy & The Heartbeats | 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Get ready for a fun dance party with live music that’ll keep the energy going into the evening.

We’ll also have featured vendors and community partners including Goatlandia (with goat friends visiting), Buddy’s Farm, Ethic Cider, Goldridge Organic Farms, Grainsong Bread, Uproot Origin, LaLe’s Mediterranean, and more.
