Cosmic Conversations

Join us for Cosmic Conversations, an intimate evening of exploration and discovery at the Robert Ferguson Observatory. This interactive program offers a small-group experience designed for in-depth discussions and personal access to expert astronomers.

The evening begins with a behind-the-scenes tour of the observatory, where guests will explore the telescopes and instruments used to study the cosmos. Following the tour, attendees will take part in a guided Q&A session with resident astronomers. Come with questions, or just your curiosity, as we dive into topics like black holes, distant galaxies, and the origins of the universe.

As night falls, step up to the observatory’s telescopes to view planets, nebulae, and far-off galaxies. Complimentary tea and hot cocoa will be served to keep you warm while you stargaze. Whether you’re a seasoned astronomer or just beginning your journey, Cosmic Conversations promises a night of inspiration and discovery.

Tickets are $40 for adults, $35 for seniors (62 and older) and students, and $32 for observatory members. Parking is included. Tickets are required in advance, attendance is limited, and all sales are final.
