If you've ever seen Chef Jorge Flores walking through the Tuesday market, you know the infectious enthusiasm he has for our valleys' produce. It’s the vivid Dry Creek strawberries and summer peaches that inspire him to create daily specials that break your regular routine. Chef Jorge loves to feature artisanal melons from the Russian River Valley as soon as they are ripe. This family style meal will showcase his favorites.
