Hands on Cheesemaking & Butter Class

Each participant makes their own fresh Crème de Ricotta while we demonstrate how to churn fresh butter. Afterward, everyone blends their cheeses with selections from our spice, jam, and pesto bar. Attendees take home a gift bag that includes a cheesecloth, ladle, recipe card, Cheese Trail Guide, and Farm Trail Guide. During the class, participants can sample our award-winning cheeses and enjoy complimentary Sonoma County wine.

Private and corporate classes are available on site and off site.
