Pouring the Big Bottles, 2022 Gaps Crown (94pts), 2023 Ferrington, (94pts) and 2024 Bolt Block Pinot Noir (95pts) 1.5Ls alongside half rack pork ribs, Kurobuta Berkshire pork belly burnt ends, and old fashioned wagyu franks.
