Join us for a hands-on citrus curd making class led by chef and food preservationist Merrilee Olson. Over three hours, Merrilee will guide you through every step of making silky, vibrant citrus curd sharing her expert techniques and secrets for achieving that perfect balance of tart, sweet, and luscious using organic Meyer Lemons grown right here on our 88-acre farm.
The experience begins with a ride aboard our apple-themed trolley out to the Apple Cottage, where the class takes place surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Each guest will take home an apple-blossom pink apron, a jar of the curd they made, and a bag of fresh organic lemons to put your new skills to the test!
Merrilee Olson is a chef and food preservationist with years of experience transforming farm-fresh ingredients into culinary treasures. As the founder of Preserve Farm Kitchens, she has dedicated her work to celebrating seasonal produce and the timeless art of preservation, bringing creativity, expertise, and a deep love of good food to every class she teaches.
