Mediterranean Wine Dinner

Embark on an unforgettable culinary journey through the Mediterranean. Join us for an exclusive evening of Mediterranean delights, curated by estate chef Jason Naaman. Savor the rich flavors of traditional cuisine reimagined with a modern twist, perfectly paired with our sparkling wines.

To begin, guests will enjoy a selection of mezze — assorted small bites and dips that set the tone for the evening.

The first course features horiatiki salata, or Greek salad, made with garden-grown tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, feta cheese, parsley, oregano, Kalamata olives, and a red wine–lemongrass vinaigrette.

The second course offers red lentil soup, finished with fresh lemon juice and parsley.

The third course includes grilled octopus served with fava bean purée, lemon, and olive oil.

For the fourth course, enjoy ouzo shrimp sautéed with fennel and cherry tomatoes, topped with feta cheese, ouzo, and fresh lemon.

The fifth course features kibbeh — ground beef stuffed in bulgur wheat with pine nuts, served with tahini sauce.

The sixth course includes lamb tenderloin kebab with baba ghanoush, a roasted pepper stuffed with bulgur wheat, and a sumac-onion salad.

To end the evening, dessert is künefe — shredded phyllo dough with melted mozzarella, topped with pistachios.
