Merida’s Farm Spring Wine Dinner

Join Palmer and Michael for a spring evening in the garden as we host a bountiful spring wine dinner at the new downtown Healdsburg space. Chef Mateo Granados will present a five-course tasting menu featuring vibrant, seasonal dishes sourced from his farm and our on-site garden each one thoughtfully paired with wines from the Judge Palmer and Domenica Amato labels, poured by owner-winemakers Michael Scorsone and Palmer Emmitt. Stroll the garden, sip by the river, and savor an experience that brings together the best of food, wine, and community.

Roasted marble potatoes with salsa verde.

Hard-boiled duck egg with sour cream & sriracha powder mayo.
