Meyer Lemon Marmalade Making Workshop

Join chef and food preservationist Merrilee Olson, founder of Preserve Farm Kitchens, at Gold Ridge Organic Farms for a hands-on workshop celebrating the vibrant flavors of Meyer lemons. This is more than just a cooking class—it's a complete farm-to-jar experience where you'll learn the art of preserving with an experienced culinary instructor.

With years of experience transforming farm-fresh ingredients into culinary treasures, Merrilee will share her expert techniques and secrets for creating marmalade with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy brightness. In this immersive 3-hour class held in our rustic Apple Cottage, you'll work with Gold Ridge Organic Farms organic Meyer lemons, learning traditional preservation methods in a relaxed, hands-on setting.

You'll leave with your own jar of handcrafted Meyer Lemon Marmalade, a keepsake apple blossom pink apron, and a bag of organic Meyer Lemons from our farm so you can practice your new skills at home.

Your experience includes a scenic ride through the farm aboard our apple-themed trolley or apple blossom-pink VW van, plus morning tea.
