Join us for a nourishing afternoon of mindfulness, creativity, and connection.
Well begin with guided meditation and a mini soundbath, then move into a slow, intuitive art practice creating a set of five handmade thank-you cards with watercolor painting and other techniques. No art experience neededjust curiosity and a willingness to be try art as a means of relaxation.
