Mushroom Foray

Established in 2008, our mushroom foray instantly became a cult event. We developed the itinerary over the years and this year will be our 1st offer to enjoy winemaker dinner and over night stay.

Event times:

Friday

• Check in by 5:30 p.m.
• 6:30 p.m. - Four Course Dinner by Mat Gustafson, paired with PMV wines.

Saturday

• 11:00 a.m. - Foray check-in
• 11:15 a.m.  - Intro by David Campbell / Barb Gustafson
• 1:00 p.m. - Mushroom discussion with David
• 1:30 p.m. - Lunch by Mat with PMV wines
