New Year’s Eve at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch Ring in the new year with an intimate six-course tasting menu crafted by Chefs Ignacio Zuzulich and Juliana Thorpe, celebrating the soulful, fresh, and vibrant flavors that define Dawn Ranch. This special evening highlights seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the stories of our cooks’ voices woven throughout each course.

Six-Course Dinner: $205 per person plus 23.5% service charge & tax

Optional Wine Pairing: $500 per person (all-inclusive) A rare, cellar-driven pairing featuring vintage selections and iconic producers.

Both dinner options include full access to the dance party.

Guests who prefer to join just the festivities may attend the Dance Party Only—live entertainment, dancing, midnight toast, and late-night treats—for $35 + tax given at the door.
