Chef Charlie Palmer and Winemaker Clay Mauritson invite you to the Fifteenth Annual Project Zin event, Aug. 15 & 16. The celebratory weekend offers a series of dining events hosted by Chef Palmer, Clay Mauritson, and some of the industry’s most elite winemakers.

Saturday evening’s preeminent event, Project Zin, will be hosted at the spectacular Bricoleur Vineyards. The event will gather some of the most sought-after Zinfandels paired with the food of Chef Charlie Palmer of Dry Creek Kitchen, as well as top local Sonoma County chefs.
