Qi Gong: Mindfulness in Body

Rooted in ancient tradition, this practice uses movement, breath, meditation and self massage to relax our minds and bodies, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of Qi (energy) throughout the body to optimize health and cultivate vitality. During this session, you will learn gentle self-massage techniques and self-awareness exercises that are both grounding and revitalizing. As a result, youll leave deeply refreshed with simple, powerful tools to enhance your well-being and integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
A short break will be incorporated into the workshop for self-reflection, tea and journaling. After the workshop concludes you will enjoy a relaxing and nutritious lunch with additional down time outdoors. Your journey continues with an afternoon of relaxation, including a group cedar enzyme footbath, your choice of a massage or facial, peaceful walking meditation through our bamboo forest, and guided meditation in our renowned Japanese garden.
