Rooted: A Day of Land Connection

A summer day retreat held in old growth forest, on private land in Sebastopol — a day to slow down, settle into the trees, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.

We’ll move through the day together: an opening circle to share our names and what brought us here, gentle yoga beneath the canopy, and a hands-on aromatherapy blend-making workshop. Then a potluck lunch outdoors under the trees — bring a dish to share.

In the afternoon, we’ll take a mindful walk through the old growth forest, then find our own hammocks for solo journaling with guided prompts. We’ll come back together for a reflection circle to share what surfaced, followed by a sound bath for deep rest, and a closing circle to send us back out into the world.
