Celebrate autumn at our annual Weekend Along the Farm Trails Fall Tour.

This tour is organized by Sonoma County Farm Trails, and the tour hosts are Farm Trails members. This is a self-guided tour, where you will be able to choose which and how many tour stops to visit.

Registration is free but required! Some stops may be open only one day, require or recommend RSVPs, or charge fees for special offerings. Please read the tour directory carefully for details.
