Sonoma Plein Air Festival Art Show

Since 2002, the Sonoma Plein Air Festival has brought nationally-renowned artists together for a week of painting in Sonoma Wine Country and across the region to Marin, San Francisco and the stunning coast.

Sonoma Plein Air is a weeklong event celebrating the century-old technique of outdoor painting. The 24th Sonoma Plein-air Air Art Show and Sale is the culmination of the Sonoma Plein Air Festival, a celebration of outdoor painting to benefit arts education for the children and youth of Sonoma Valley.

It is an outdoor event on the Sonoma Plaza, with artists' demonstrations, live music and free, fun art activities for all ages. Artwork by around 30 nationally renowned artists selected to participate in the Festival are on display and available for purchase.
