  Arrive to the property and settle into your sacred practice space.
  
  
• 10:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
  Karyn and Maya Holland will guide you through a series of soul-igniting practices designed to open your heart, release old patterns and step fully into your next chapter. The day begins with a crystal-activated yoga flow to energize your body, ignite possibility and expand your heart space. Breathwork will clear stagnant energy and emotional blocks, connecting you deeply to your inner power, followed by a hypnosis-guided meditation to dissolve limiting patterns and invite clarity, confidence, inner peace and transformation. The practice concludes with a burning bowl fire ceremony to ignite your future possibilities.
  
  
• 12:45 - 1:15 p.m.
  Drift into a profoundly immersive sound bath by Jenny Reilly. Allow the crystalline tones of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and tuning forks wash over your body, dissolving tension, releasing energetic blockages and guiding you into a sanctuary of deep relaxation, inner harmony and calm.
  
  
• 1:30 p.m.
  We will gather for a seasonal, organic farm-to-table lunch paired with Bricoleur wine. After our lunch, we invite you to linger and explore the beauty of the property; play bocce ball, ground into the grass, relax by the pond or celebrate with wine. Your ticket includes all offerings, lunch and wine.
