Sunset Spirit Sound Bath

In celebration of our Spirit Guides exhibition at Sonoma Botanical Garden, join Glen Ellen–based practitioners Amelia Belle and Bob Rudorf for a restorative open air sound bath inspired by the wisdom, symbolism, and grounding presence of the natural world.

For over a decade, Amelia and Bob have used sound and guided meditation as tools for transformation. In this immersive experience, crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments blend with the natural sounds of the Garden, creating a meditative soundscape that echoes the themes of Spirit Guides—connection, reflection, and inner awakening.

Held in the Garden’s outdoor grassy amphitheater at Sonoma Botanical Garden, the session unfolds beneath the open sky as day transitions into evening. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be gently bathed in calming frequencies designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and open the heart. The vibrations of the crystal bowls move through you, helping to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.

Open to all levels, this experience invites you to reconnect with nature and yourself—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and attune to the rhythms of the living landscape.
