The Bacchus Brunch Experience

Join us for our first Curated Wine Brunch Experience on Sunday, May 18 and enjoy a family-style brunch menu created by Chef Kristine Gallagher from A Savvy Kitchen:
First course: asparagus and corn tartlet with frisee salad with bacon vinaigrette.
Second course: buttermilk Chicken and Waffles with Tabasco butter and maple syrup, and powdered sugar.
Dessert: seasonal berries and shortbread cookie.
Your brunch will be paired perfectly with two glasses of wine - one from each featured winery. We're kicking off our new monthly brunch series with Aldina Vineyards and Dot Wine - two of Bacchus Landing's outstanding wineries.
It's the perfect way to sip, savor, and experience Bacchus Landing in a whole new way.
