Little Saint welcomes Michelin-recognized and James Beard Award-winning San Francisco restaurant A16 for Sagra del Pomodoro—a one-night-only collaboration celebrating the height of tomato season.

Tomato Sagra brings together Chef Deborah Mullin of Little Saint and Chef Valentin Atayde of A16 for a collaborative prix fixe dinner inspired by Southern Italy and Sonoma County's peak tomato season. Together, the two culinary teams will showcase the season's juiciest, sun-ripened tomatoes across a menu designed to capture the magic of summer. Imagine dishes like cold-cured olive misti with pickled cherry tomatoes, oven-dried cherry tomatoes on the vine, A16's signature Naples-style pizza, and more — all featuring ingredients sourced from Little Saint's eight-acre regenerative farm.

Rooted in the Southern Italian tradition of honoring the summer harvest, this collaborative plant-based prix-fixe dinner brings together the culinary teams from A16 and Little Saint to showcase sun-ripened tomatoes from Little Saint Farm through a menu inspired by the flavors of Southern Italy and California.
