Tomato Week: Celebration of Tomatoes

Join us for a week-long ode to summer’s juiciest gem—the tomato. From sun-sweet cherry clusters to meaty Brandywines, Sonoma’s legendary heirloom varieties take center stage for a hyper-seasonal menu.

Spoonbar will be offering a special Tomato Week menu from August 25 - 30, a week-long ode to summer’s juiciest gem: the tomato. This seasonal menu pays tribute to Sonoma’s most iconic summer crop with hyper-local dishes inspired by the daily harvest from Front Porch Farm and Preston Farm and Winery. The limited-time menu features hyper-seasonal dishes showcasing Sonoma’s iconic tomato varieties, including Heirloom Tomato & Stone Fruit Panzanella with PX vinaigrette and Manchego, Tomato Risotto with Pecorino and basil purée, and Alaskan Halibut served in a tomato-saffron broth. Guests can also enjoy tomato-inspired cocktails, including the NA Spoonbar Garden Spritz and a savory twist on the classic martini.
