Trashion Barbies and Bags: Reclaimed and Reinvented Gallery 212 Exhibit

Saved from landfills where plastic dolls can take anywhere from 20 to 500 years to decompose, these once-forgotten Barbies and other 12-inch dolls are given a bold second life. Transformed by artists into imaginative works of recycled art, they come together in a vibrant gallery exhibition and silent auction that celebrates creativity, sustainability, and the joy of reinvention.

A new edition this year is the wearable art of bags! Barbie loves her fashion, and we prefer it upcycled! This show will include fanny packs, backpacks, clutches, handbags or whatever the designer may envision.
