Valentines Day Chocolate Making Class

Delight in delicate hand crafted chocolates - made by you!

You will be welcomed by a glass of wine and a chocolate fountain of K & M Chocolate, produced by the Thomas Keller Team, to dip and indulge in with chef made biscotti and other delicious bites before settling into your class. Sheana Davis of Epicurean Connection will teach and lead you through the process of making your own unique chocolate truffles with various ingredients to choose from such as dehydrated fruits, whole spice selection, lemon sugar, Rancho Gordo "stardust" chili pepper, Coconut, citrus zest, and much more. Sheana learned how to make these truffles while in Paris in 2024 when she became a certified Fromagier. We will learn how and why chocolate pairs with specific wines, and in the end you will walk away with your own box of 6 custom created chocolate truffles! One glass of wine is included in this class, with the option to purchase more.
