Each tasting is paired with a small, chef-curated bite, followed by dessert and a coffee bar to end the evening in style.

Tasting menu:

1st Course: Coconut Corn Bisque – Roasted corn, shishito peppers, chili, lime, crema
2nd Course: Crispy Tacos – Refried black beans, house chorizo, lettuce, queso, heirloom tomato, onion, salsa verde
3rd Course: Heirloom Tomato Aguachile – Pickled onions, cucumber, pepitas, avocado, queso fresco, habanero-orange vinaigrette
4th Course: Korean Short Rib Asada – Japanese sweet potato salad, Gochujang BBQ, pickled cucumber salad
5th Course: Tres Leches – Blackberry purée, salted caramel crunch
