If you’re looking for a completely private and secluded refuge with a country-like atmosphere where some of the best wineries are just a few minutes away, then this property might just be the perfect place for you. A private gated entry leads to this beautiful mid-century home which boasts of a huge solar-heated pool (summer), a hot tub (year-round), an outdoor kitchen and of course 85 acres of pure stunning views all accessible for guests to explore and enjoy.
Enjoy your stay inside our beautiful and spacious mid-century style home which offers 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people, and 2 bathrooms. All in all, this property can sleep up to 8 guests total. The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April 1 to October 1. During the cold and winter season, the pool can be heated by an onsite propane tank for an additional fee. You will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay. We will be available by phone at any time during your stay.
We are centrally located for everything Santa Rosa has to offer while being outside of the city limits and enjoying a country setting. A public golf course and tennis courts are just a short 5-minute walk. Please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect. There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we like to call that character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.
