Cottage down a private lane off Hwy 116. Unit is behind our home but private and faces the opposite direction opening up to a farm-to-table experience with fresh herbs, grape vines, and olive trees. Walking distance to Andy’s Produce, Roasters Coffee, and the Joe Rodota trail, a 15-minute walk, which leads directly to downtown Sebastopol and the Barlow. Close to Summerfield Waldorf, Moms Apple Pie, Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club, Korbel, Pachyderm Cellars, Red Car, Dutton, Lynmar, Baletto, and Merryvale Wineries.
The patio outside is great for sipping morning coffee or evening wine. The screened door leads to a roomy hallway and an open kitchen/living area. Most everything is provided including cable & WIFI, fluffy towels, fuzzy robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more. Large bathroom with all the amenities. Kitchen with lots of storage space including utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and other kitchen staples. The unit has a washer and dryer. Did I mention that this is the perfect location!
Easy guest access leads directly to the parking area and front door. Gardeners come on Thursday morning.
