Since 1989, Mugnaini has been an importer and manufacturer of authentic Italian open-hearth ovens, also known as wood fired pizza ovens, which we distribute throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico to homes and restaurants. Our professional, experienced, and friendly staff guides owners through the entire experience, from selection and installation, to learning to use their oven to its fullest potential.
The newly constructed 15,000 sq ft facility is home of our headquarters, showroom, cooking school, retail store and production facility where we assemble and customize wood fired and gas ovens providing clients with the cooking appliance of their dreams.
