We are a 102 year old meat processing facility, specializing in all-natural meat products. We carry high quality USDA prime dry aged steaks, local grass-fed beef, local lambs and goats, California raised pork, and hand-made sausages using original 100 year old recipes. Cut and wrap services are available, and we process meat for many Sonoma County Farms.
