Executive Chef Ryan Seal and Farm Manager, Katrina Coffman work closely together to shape each season, sourcing and growing ingredients that define this place. The result is an evolving menu deeply connected to what is thriving on the land.
Our farm guides what you find on the table, using regenerative practices to create a cycle from kitchen to farm and back again. Every dish reflects a commitment to sustainability and living lightly on the land.
