Led by husband-and-wife team Sheana Davis, award-winning cheesemaker, and Ben Sessions, lifelong Wine Country resident and wine educator, our classes blend deep expertise with an approachable teaching style that makes cheesemaking accessible to everyone. We also offer select catering for private and corporate events, on-site and off-site, featuring regionally sourced ingredients and long-standing partnerships with local producers. Our retail shop is open during classes and private events, stocked with our award-winning cheeses and artisan provisions that reflect the best of Sonoma.
