The Iconic R3 Hotel, Bar and Restaurant is the premier LGBTQ+ Entertainment Hotel welcoming all in the Russian River area of Western Sonoma County. Located in the charming, rustic village of Guerneville, it blends majestic redwoods, cool river waters, and a laid-back attitude. Featuring 23 guest rooms, the Baked on The River restaurant, and R3 Hotel Bar and lounge surrounded by a sparkling pool, expansive sun decking, and an outside seasonal entertainment Main Stage area. The R3 Hotel is an adult establishment with 21 and over requirements, except when the restaurant is open.

The R3 Hotel is central to the Russian River amenities, including river beaches, trendy restaurants, hip cafes, biking, hiking, world-class Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley wineries, and Armstrong Redwood Forest State Park. Located in Guerneville, a favorite San Francisco getaway located approximately 1.5 hours from the Bay Area and well known for its natural beauty and activities.

Originally built as a drive-in motor lodge, the property still retains the U-shaped configuration with a central bar and pool surrounded by walkways, decking, mature landscaping, and countless container plantings. The seasonal Pool Bar and Outdoor Grill serves the very popular venue, which is host to sun seekers in the daytime and lively entertainment on the outdoor stage in the evenings.

The R3 Hotel is also the host to many very successful event weekends throughout the year, most notably Memorial Weekend, July 4, Labor Day, LGBTQ+ Russian River Women’s Weekend, and Lazy Bear Week. Check out our Event Page for additional weekly and special events.
