Nightingale Breads takes great pride in creating some of the finest breads in Sonoma County. Using a traditional wood fired oven created by Alan Scott (a local oven legend) built in 2007, we make traditional European breads using organic flours and some of the finest local ingredients. Delicious breads of all sorts. Halvah, Baguette, Sourdough and all sorts of others make tasty appetisers and meals. It certainly promises satisfaction.
