'Rosella' Rosé - A delicate scent of white cherry, melon rind, and exotic fruits. The palate is light and ethereal in feel, with bright acidity that refreshes the palate and perfectly complements the flavors of fresh-cut strawberries and tangy grapefruit.

'Blanc Slate' Sauvignon Blanc - There is a beautiful richness in the mouth, with nectarine and green apple, offset by a bright, mouthwatering acidity that leaves you looking forward to another sip! The wine is surprisingly round and full-bodied, tempered by a clean, crisp finish, fine minerality, and a zesty citrus twist.

'Blanc Squared' Bordeaux Blanc - Textured and crisp, with a full-bodied viscosity and a fine toasty edge.  A mineral, flinty note adds still more interest.   The richness and creaminess of the barrel-fermented Semillon complement the fresh and fruity Sauvignon Blanc.

'p.s.' Riesling - This wine is very youthful and expressive, with lively, fresh aromas of apricot, pear, melon, and, beneath it all, a wet-stone minerality.  Tropical/floral terpenes and brilliantly crisp acidity perfectly balance the juicy fruit.
