A Women’s Wellness Walk

Surrounded by the golden glow of autumn at Jack London State Historic Park, this gathering is designed for women to embrace the turning of the season, where natures rhythms invite us to harvest and restore.
In a day of renewal, connection, and reflection, the group will wander sun-lit redwood trails, pausing along the way for moments of intention-setting, reflection, and shared conversation. This event offers the space to breathe deeply, soak in the crisp air, and align with the beauty of the season.
Joyce Mikal-Flynn, professor at Sacramento State University and author of Anatomy of a Survivor, will share insights on resilience, wellness, and the healing gifts of time spent in nature
