Collectors’ Dinner

Join an intimate group of collectors for a five-course dinner showcasing local cuisine by Executive Chef Thomas Mendel and a selection of vintage and current-release Hamel wines. As the sun sets, you'll have access to our private Estate to enjoy a wine-pairing journey led by our Estate Ambassador. Upon arrival, enjoy a variety of canepés paired with our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc before touring the winery caves. Dinner will be served in the Estate House Library, promising to be an evening of decadence and delight. Limited to twelve guests Arrival time: 5:30 PM

Non-Member $450 per person Member $300 -$400 per person based on membership.
