Conversations Worth Having

The first in our ‘CWH’  series will be ‘Gorgeous Garbage’
a scintillating evening discussing organic waste, and how what we throw away can be transformed into compost, and rich, regenerative soil in which to grow our food.

Guest Speakers: Brock Dolman (program director of Occidental Arts & Ecology), Tucker Taylor (director of Culinary Gardens, Jackson Family Farms), Eric Sussman (biodynamic farmer and winemaker, Radio Coteau, County Line Cellars) and Ariel Kelly (City of Healdsburg Mayor)

The evening includes compost cocktails from Scott Beattie, a 2017, Sonoma Coast Barndiva Syrah made by Mr. Sussman, delicious bites from Tucker And Chef Erik Anderson, and a one-night-only ‘What’s Missing’ art installation in collaboration with OAEC, along with  a scent driven wine tasting.
