A New, Fun, Educational Wine Tasting Experience

School of Cab is our informal classroom to educate you about Cabernet Sauvignon, the King of Red Wines!  Sample highly regarded West Cabernet Sauvignon from separate vintages.  Learn how to assess color, aroma, and flavor in a fun and relaxed setting.  Tasting includes a cheese and chocolate pairing.

Led by Winemaker, Katarina Bonde or Level III Sommelier, Dave Wertzberger. Group size is limited to eight people.
