Embark on a culinary journey unlike any other at Timber Cove Resort during a weeklong gastronomic event curated by renowned Sonoma Chef Dustin Valette! Savor every bite against the backdrop of Timber Cove's rugged coastal beauty, where the crashing waves and towering redwoods provide a serene setting for culinary indulgence. A three-course menu will be offered nightly from Tuesday April 16th to Sunday April 21st with the exception of Saturday April 20th - that night, Chef Dustin Valette will be serving a special five-course menu - the grand event of the week!
